Glen Waskocki is more than a lure maker—he’s a lifelong angler with a deep passion for the water, the craft, and the meaning behind every cast. He has been fishing his entire life, spending time on the water across Lake Erie and throughout Georgia, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and New York. For Glen, fishing is more than a pastime—it’s a balance of peace and excitement. Whether it’s the calm of the open water or the adrenaline rush when a fish hits the line, every moment matters. Big or small, every catch brings that same feeling. At the heart of everything Glen does is family, faith, and resilience. He and his wife have been married for 36 years and are proud parents of two incredible children. Their daughter and her family serve in the military, traveling across the country with their four grandchildren. Glen’s son, who was also his best friend, passed away nearly 11 years ago. His memory remains a constant presence in Glen’s life and time on the water. During the quiet moments—when the fish aren’t biting—Glen reflects, talks to his son, and leans on his faith. God has been a steady foundation through both the good times and the hardest seasons, guiding him forward every step of the way.
